Over the years many school staff have found it helpful to have a group of children whose job it is to encourage and organise games in the playground – these children are recognised as Playground PALS. They are responsible for creating a happy and positive play environment in the playground which will improve behaviour and reduce the risk of bullying.

The Promoting PALs in your Playground online masterclass was super useful and interactive. Having the opportunity to ask specific questions and hearing ideas from other colleagues was really helpful. The resources and lesson plans are brilliant.
